We will call you before shipment to confirm your address and answer any questions you have. Someone will always personally answer your call at our offices. Your call is never sent to a call center.

I need to re-order supplies, what should I do?
Call (800) 728-2788 and we will be glad to help you. But our staff will be contacting regularly to see how you are progressing.

Can I return my supplies?
Yes. You can return any un-opened supplies.

I received a phone call from American Wound Care. Why are you calling me?
Communicating with you is important to us. We may call you because it’s time for you to reorder your supplies; or we may need additional information from you before we can ship your supplies.

I really like the products used by my physician. Can I order those same products from you?
Yes

How do I know if my insurance provider will cover my supplies?
Our team has decades of experience working with insurances nationwide. We will verify your benefits and if you have coverage we will ship your supplies. If your plan does not cover your medical supplies, we can offer direct pricing to you.
