American Wound Care works closely with your doctors and nurses to get you the best products to help you heal as soon as possible. We accept most all insurances. We will call you before shipment to confirm your address and answer any questions you have. Someone will always personally answer your call at our offices. Your call is never sent to a call center.

Call (800) 728-2788 and we will be glad to help you. Our staff will also be contacting regularly to see how you are progressing.

Can I return my supplies?
Yes, you can return any un-opened supplies.  We understand that things can change and we work with clinicians and patients to allow returns with a 30 day window.  Call our office to arrange a return.

Communicating with you is important to us. We may call you because it’s time for you to reorder your supplies; or we may need additional information from you before we can ship your supplies.

I really like the products used by my physician. Can I order those same products from you?

How do I know if my insurance provider will cover my supplies?
Our team has decades of experience working with insurances nationwide. We will verify your benefits and provide you the supplies your physician has prescribed. If your plan does not cover your medical supplies, we will contact you to provide best pricing for you.
