American Wound Care is a woman-owned company founded in 2011 in Louisiana. We now serve patients nationwide specializing in advanced wound care, surgical dressings, ostomy, urology and diabetes testing products.
AWC works directly with hospital wound centers, mobile wound care providers, home health, discharge planners, outpatient surgery centers and community health centers to collaboratively support improved health outcomes.
American Wound Care also provides educational, compliance and product training for healthcare clinicians in the wound care field. We additionally have patient education programs for diabetes and the prevention of lower leg ulcers.
